Lily Emalfarb is an aspiring comedy writer and animator who is working towards becoming a showrunner for an adult animated series. Born and raised in Northern Illinois, Emalfarb split her time growing up between playing soccer, drawing cartoon characters, and creating stories. Her journey into writing stems from an eight-year-old's love of writing sketches with her best friend, and recording them on her Dad's iPad. Since then, she has found a niche in writing personal, comedy stories surrounding female and Jewish leads, as well as writing stories for animation featuring her own creations. Lily graduated from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts in December of 2022 where she received a BFA in Screenwriting and a Minor Cluster in Game Development Programming.
